There are several services across Herefordshire and Worcestershire that can provide mentoring support or job coaching to help young people move closer to or into training and employment.

Time to Talk is a project run by NDTi to Support young people (aged 16-25) with SEND to plan for the future, following the disruption caused by the pandemic and lockdown.

The project offers young people free, strength-based support at home to counter social isolation and provide motivation to make plans for the future.

Princes Trust help 11 to 30 year-olds in England find the tools and confidence to try free courses and start careers.

Support to Work is a free online and telephone support programme, provided by Scope, for disabled people in England and Wales, who are looking for paid work.
